Do I need to create an account?
Yes, we require you to create an account with us to make your shopping experience easier and faster. By creating an account, you'll be able to:

You can create an account by clicking the My Account link at the top right of the screen and CONTINUE as a new customer. You'll be asked to fill in your personal information, address, and create a password. Once you've done so, click the "CONTINUE" button to finish.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order is submitted and paid for, we begin processing it immediately so you can receive it quickly. Your order status will display as 'Processing' during this phase. You can contact us to modify or cancel your order before its status changes to 'Shipped'.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do offer international shipping, and the shipping rate is automatically calculated during checkout. You can place your order directly from our website.
How can I contact us?
If you have any questions about purchasing on our website, you can contact our customer service team on the Contact Us page or by sending us an email. Customer service representatives will usually respond to your question within 24 hours.

What are your delivery options?
We ship to all 50 countries, so everyone can enjoy our products! Our store is also proud to offer standard shipping to international addresses. We provide standard (ground) shipping by default, and the delivery time is 7–20 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us for a special order.
How can I track my order?
After completing the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, confirming that your order has been placed. If you have not received an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, please first check your spam folder before contacting our customer service team.
Further information about the status of your order will be sent to you via email. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order through our emails or log in to My Account at any time to check the status of your order on the Order History page.
How do I return merchandise?
We hope you love what you ordered, but if not, you can return our merchandise. We gladly accept returns of most new, unused items in their original condition, including all tags and other packaging, within 15 days.
What is the return policy?
If you receive an incorrect item, or damaged or defective merchandise, please contact our customer service immediately via the Contact Us page or by email.
If you wish to return a package by email, please submit your return request form to our customer service team and obtain approval first. You must package the merchandise in its original, unused condition, including tags and packaging.
My package is missing, what should I do?
If you haven't received your package yet, we're sorry. Please check with your neighbors first to see if they have signed for it. For any order delivered to a neighbor, a calling card will be placed informing you of the name or number of the property to which it was delivered. If you still can't locate your package, don't worry, contact us at customer service and we will help you.
30-DAY PRICE GUARANTEE
Price Protection
The product has a 30-day price guarantee. You can request price protection if the price is reduced within 30 days.
Service Introduction
Customers can request price protection as long as the purchased product has the "30-Day Price Guarantee" logo. They can submit their request within 30 days before or after signing the order. For unpaid orders, customers can pay the product price after the request is approved; for paid orders, the price difference will be refunded.
Service Description
1. Commodities purchased elsewhere are not eligible for price guarantee;
2. Invalid orders, such as canceled or deleted orders, are not eligible for price guarantee;
3. Orders that have requested after-sales service are not eligible for price protection;
4. Replacement Orders, Group Purchase Orders, and Commercial Purchase Orders are not eligible for price guarantees;
5. Unpaid online orders are not eligible for price guarantees; orders paid with limited-category coupons will be deducted from the portion paid with limited-category coupons before calculating the difference;
6. The following situations are not eligible for price guarantees: i.e., basic products are out of stock; basic products are participating in the peak; basic products are limited-purchase items;
7. Suit products or products as gifts are not eligible for price guarantees;
8. After the price guarantee period expires or the product price has not changed, customers are not eligible for price guarantees;
9. Orders before "Waiting to be Printed" or orders in the "Locked" status are not eligible for price guarantees;
10. Additional gifts added while the price of the commodity has not been reduced, the price guarantee does not apply (the price of the gift must be deducted when requesting the price guarantee);
11. Other products with special instructions on the website do not qualify for the price guarantee;
12. Currently, basic products with direct price reductions, discounts, and "Buy M Get N Free" can qualify for the price guarantee;
13. The price displayed on the product page at the time of the customer's request or in the comments will prevail.
