Our Products
All products are subject to availability and are subject to change. Products shown will not be actual size; approximate measurements are provided where available. All colors are reproduced as accurately as electronic processes allow.
Gemstones and other details may vary in color from the accompanying product image due to the nature of such stones. We aim to show the best representation of each product, but differences in stones may naturally occur.

Price and Payment
Where applicable, shipping costs will be added to the total price of the goods. 
Prices are subject to change without notice. 
The price you pay is the price for the products displayed at the time you placed your order, including additional shipping costs, if applicable. 
Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. We will verify prices when processing your order. If a product's correct price is higher than the price on the website, we may contact you before shipping to ask whether you wish to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship the product to you.
Delivery
We will endeavor to meet any delivery date; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control. Typically, deliveries will take 15 to 20 business days. If we cannot determine your expected delivery date, we will inform you by email or phone as soon as possible. 
Once shipped, all orders are fully insured by us until they have been delivered and signed for. 
As soon as your order has been delivered or confirmed as delivered by the carrier, you will be responsible for it.
Packaging
General goods: We will ship within 24 hours once the order is confirmed, and tracking information will be updated online within 48 hours. 
Customized products: It takes 3-5 business days to arrange. 
Once the package is ready, our logistics department will professionally select the fastest and most convenient shipping method based on your destination. At the same time, you can use the third-party shipping system link we'll provide you via email once your package ships to track your order.
