Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date. Once the returned item arrives at the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Returns must include all accessories.
Items must include the original packaging.
For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For non-quality-related warranty claims, the cost of the product itself is refunded.
Returns may be rejected if the items do not meet the above requirements. 
Refund requests for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a refund request after this 30-day period has expired.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly are covered by a comprehensive warranty, effective from the date of purchase. 
The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is not valid for items shipped outside the country of original purchase or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase. 
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model of equal value when available; otherwise, a new item will be shipped. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, a partial refund will be offered based on the device's usage time. 
Product warranties are void after a full refund has been issued.
Process:
The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
We must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot issues with the product.
The serial number of the defective item and/or visible proof describing the defect are required.
It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
For defective items that must be returned, replacement warranties are void if the incorrect item is returned or if the defective item is not returned. 
Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:
Return of products for any reason other than a proven defect
Warranty claims on items taken outside the country of original purchase
Accidental returns by the buyer
Return of personal items
Returned items are claimed to be defective, but our quality control finds them to be in working condition.
Returning Defective Items on International Shipments
Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any return made outside of the approved warranty process)
Not covered by the warranty:
Products without sufficient proof of purchase
Lost or stolen products
Items that have expired their warranty period
Non-quality issues (after 30 days of purchase)
Free products
Repairs through third-party providers
Damage from external sources
Damage due to misuse of products (including, but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, improper device operation)
Purchases from unauthorized resellers
We are not responsible for:
Data loss incurred through the use of products
Returning personal items sent to us
When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided, we assume responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during transit. When returning items due to poor quality, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. We do not offer refunds for items damaged in shipping due to warranty claims unrelated to quality.
